How to Track Your Order

 

  1. Check your email for a shipping confirmation. It will contain your tracking number and a link to track your package.

2. Use your tracking number at the carrier's website. Depending on where your order is shipping from, this may be via USPS, Canada Post, or an international courier.

 

3. Allow 24–48 hours after receiving your tracking number for tracking info to appear online. Sometimes there’s a short delay before the system updates.

 

Tracking Delayed or Not Updating?

 

If your tracking hasn’t updated in more than 5 business days, or if your estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us at hello@gardensandpets.shop with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

 

Please Note

 

Shipping times vary by product and destination. Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days. International orders may take longer. You will receive a tracking number once your order ships.

 

Don’t have your tracking number yet? Check your email (including your spam folder). If it’s been more than 5 business days since you ordered and you haven’t received tracking, reach out to us and we’ll help.
