Frequently Asked Questions

 

How long does shipping take?

Most orders arrive within 7–20 business days depending on your location and the product. Some items ship faster. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

 

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update online.

 

Can I return a product?

Yes. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are unused and in original condition. Please email hello@gardensandpets.shop with your order number to start a return.

 

My item arrived damaged. What do I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Please email us at hello@gardensandpets.shop with a photo of the damage and your order number. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund promptly.

 

I entered the wrong address. Can I fix it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email us immediately and we’ll do our best to update it. Once shipped, we may not be able to redirect the package.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. After that, the order may already be in processing or shipped. Email us as soon as possible.

 

Are your pet products safe?

Yes. We only carry products that are safe for everyday pet use. We do not sell supplements, medicines, or anything requiring veterinary oversight.

 

Are your garden products safe to use around pets?

Most of our garden products are non-toxic and pet-friendly. If you have specific concerns, feel free to ask us before ordering.
